Get Internet Famous Interview #7: Sierra Friend
Posted on 22. Apr, 2010 by Alejandro Reyes in Interviews
In today’s interview I had the chance to chat with my good friend, Sierra Friend (the Blog Site Coach), about blogging for your personal brand and business. Sierra has helped numerous people with setting up their blog and coach them on how to put together a blogging strategy to grow their business.
You need a blog for your business and brand. It’s the cornerstone (IMHO) in any good social media strategy. It’s even been reported that Companies that Blog Have More Consistent Sales.
In this interview you’ll learn:
- How she transitioned out of the Corporate world to follow her dreams and passion
- How to find your blogging “voice”
- Figuring out how to best communicate to your audience
- The importance of injecting your passion into your blog content
- Why she ONLY recommends Wordpress
Has blogging helped you with YOUR business? What tips did you like best from Sierra?
