John shared some great info. Totally agree with putting yourself and your personality into your brand. It’s things like that that people are really attracted to.
I think it’s also great to do like John says and share things about your life, outside of what you do for a living or what your brand is all about. People really do relate with that.

Thanks for the comment Mike.
I agree, you’ve got to start adding things about your personal life into your online mix.
Why? Because I believe people are starting to due their due diligence on people and it can only help (most of the time) if you talk about things in your personal life, like your family, friends, events you go to, etc.
I know for me, a lot of my clients and people I work with say they know what they’re getting when working with me.
I leave all out there on the dance floor

Being a very analytical person it took me a long time to understand the concept that John is talking about. Many people are looking for leaders that interest them, not a product or service. Great interview!
